Last summer, we had the honor of performing at Fred and his partner’s beautiful wedding at Haliford Mere Lakes, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable gigs we’ve ever played!

With its stunning lakeside views and lush, green landscapes, Haliford Mere Lakes is a gem of a location for a wedding. This idyllic venue offers a peaceful backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and (of course) live music and dancing.
When Fred reached out to us, he had a clear vision for the music — and we were thrilled to bring that vision to life. From carefully learning his favorite songs to seamlessly blending our live sets with the DJ, we worked closely with the couple to make every moment of the eveing feel personal and meaningful.
Creating the Soundtrack to an Unforgettable Wedding Day
We started our set with the couples choice of first dance song Crazy Love by Van- Morrison, and then moved straight into another personal request from the couple Calm Down by Remi which had the dance floor filled! As the evening continued, we turned up the energy, performing dancefloor-fillers from legends like Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, and Bruno Mars.
By the end of the night, the dance floor was packed, the energy was electric, and we could feel the love in the room. But don’t just take our word for it — here’s what the groom, Fred, had to say:
